개인적으로 우연히 알게 된 인디고고 펀딩 사이트에서
예전에 외장하드를 펀딩한 적이 있습니다
펀딩일 : 2020년 9월
외장하드(1T) + 멀티포트 = 약 17만원
제조업체 : HybridDrive
그땐 꿈에 부풀어서 결제도 하고... 외장하드가 오면 어떻게 활용을 할까 행복한 고민(!)도 하고 그랬는데요
이게 왠걸...
2020년에 결제를 했는데 아직도 오질 않고 있습니다!!!!!!
(하이브리드 드라이브 업체야... 보고 있나??!!)
일단 결론은...
인디고고에서 펀딩 하지 마세요!!!
(내꺼 안와서 불만인 1인...)
왜 인디고고에서 펀딩하면 안되나요??
첫째,
국내와 문화가 다릅니다
인디고고는 해외에서 유명한 펀딩 사이트 이기 때문에 대부분 정책이나 운영하는 방식이 해외 방식입니다
그래서, 내가 궁금한 것이 있거나 어떻게 내가 펀딩한 제품이 진행중인지 확인이 즉시(?!) 어렵습니다
그리고...
해외에서 일하는 사람들(?)이라 그런지 여유를 가지고 일을 하는거 같습니다. 궁금한걸 물어봐도 답변 없을 때도 많고...
둘째,
해외에서 대부분 생산, 발송합니다
앞서 언급 드렸다시피 인디고고는 해외 사이트 이고, 대부분 해외에서 기획, 생산, 배송을 합니다
그래서 시간이 오~~~래 걸립니다.
뭐... 해외배송하는게 오래 걸리는 것이기 때문에 기다릴 수 있겠다... 싶지만
펀딩하고, 완료되면 준비하고, 생산하고 등등 더 오래기다려야 하는 것도 있지만
진짜... 너~~~ 무 오래 기다리게 되기 때문에 한국사람 정서와는 안 맞습니다
물론,
펀딩 주체인 업체에 따라 다를 순 있을 것 같습니다만,
왜 저에게 이런 업체가 걸려 들었는지... ㅠㅠ
지금까지도 펀딩은 끝났지만 제품이 오지 않고 있어서 환불을 요청했는데도 회신을 주지 않고 있습니다
(근무일 기준 약 5일 지남)
이건 그냥 꿀꺽하고 말겠다는 거겠지요??
여튼,
인디고고는 개인적으로 앞으로도 하지는 않을 것 같습니다.
차라리 아마존이나 알리바바에서 완제품을 저렴한 제품으로 구매해서 사용할 것 같습니다.
그리고,
펀딩은 와디즈가 좋더라고요~ㅋㅋ

If there is no action on the hybriddrive, I think indiegogo should be responsible
Anyway,
I personally don't think indiegogo will do it in the future.
I would rather buy the finished product from Amazon or Alibaba as an inexpensive product and use it.
